Our Consortium of Projects

IRAQ

The number of projects exceeds 305, and among the funders are:

  • World Bank Group
  • United Nations Development Program (UNDP)
  • Japan (718EI)
  • International Development Agency (JICA)
  • German Development Bank (KWF)
  • Kuwait Fund.

The total estimated reconstruction and development needs amount to USD 45.7 billion. The reconstruction and development needs are distributed across various sectors, including housing, education, health, social protection, agriculture, trade, industry, energy, transport, drinking water, sanitation, and municipal services. These needs amount to about 88.2 billion, covering short, medium, and long-term goals.

INDONESIA

We are currently working on the following projects:

  1. Wastewater Recycling and Terminal Harbour Port Development: The project proposal is valued at $1.175.922.900 and includes the following components:

  1. Bangka Belitung Province & Masterplan: Our plans for Bangka Belitung Province in Indonesia encompass various infrastructure projects, including:
  • International Airport
  • Seaport
  • Resorts
  • Battery Factories
  1. Infrastructure projects in Bangka Belitung Province:
  • Upgrading of a 13.7 km Bridgeport facility
  • Construction of a 2.5 km bridge
  • Development of a 136 km long and 50 m wide trans road
  • Upgrading of 87 km of roads

These initiatives present significant opportunities for infrastructure development in the region.

CONGO

  • Medical City with a 1000-Bed Hospital: We have been selected to construct a state-of-the-art Medical City, featuring a 1000-bed hospital, to cater specifically to the healthcare needs of the Defence Ministry. This project highlights our commitment to providing top-quality medical facilities and services to support the armed forces and veterans.
  • Water Purification Projects: We have received several water purification projects.
  • Energy Projects: The Ministry of Hydroelectric and Hydrocarbons has offered us several energy projects.
  • Oil and Gas Refineries: We are involved in the construction of oil and gas refineries.
  • Pipeline: We are also engaged in pipeline projects.
  • Oil Storage: Our portfolio includes oil storage facilities.

GHANA

  • ACCRA-KUMASI Road: We are constructing a road spanning 275 km, along with 20 toll booths.
  • 300-Bed Hospital for Defence Ministry.
  • Oil and Gas Refinery Project: We are undertaking a project to build a refinery with a capacity of 200,000 barrels per day. The estimated value of this project is $2.71 billion.
  • New Airport Terminal in Ghana: We are developing a new terminal at the airport in Ghana, with an estimated value of $320 million.
  • Affordable Housing Project: We are constructing 200,000 units of affordable housing, with an estimated value of $10.1 billion.
  • TAKORADI Industrial Park Development: We are developing the TAKORADI Industrial Park, with an estimated value of $1.4 billion.
  • COASTAL RAILWAY LINE: We are constructing a railway line along the coast, with an estimated value of $1.5 billion.

ANGOLA

  1. Lobito Oil Refinery: We are in the final stages of completing the feasibility study for the Lobito Oil Refinery, which will be acquired directly from Sonangol, the National Oil Company.
  2. Block/KON17: We have established a joint venture structure with Sonangol to facilitate the prospecting and mining of oil in Block/KON17.
  3. Road and Bridge Rehabilitation: We are undertaking the rehabilitation of approximately 1,000 km of roads and bridges.
  4. Affordable social housing: We are constructing affordable housing units for the Ministry of Education and the Armed Forces. Breakdown of Houses:
  • Phase 1 of Teachers Housing Development: 13,576 units
  • Phase 1 of Development Housing: 16,426 units
  • Total Housing Development: 319,000 units nationwide
